My name is Wojciech Łabędź. I work as an orthopaedic surgeon in the Clinical Department of Spine Surgery, where every day I face decisions requiring focus, responsibility and technical precision.
My work also includes research and teaching at Poznań University of Medical Sciences. This helps me keep clinical practice aligned with the latest standards and translate current knowledge into better patient care.
